So the guy on duty was not even opening until 11:00 I was there at 1030 but he said politely that he was opening and ready so he... would take my order! How awesome that an employee would open early to help me! That employees is first class and an asset to theowners, he has no benefits to going above and beyond he just takes pride in his work! I usually order ahead with the app and this store is almost always on time and on point. I appreciate their attention to detail.

So the service was really good. There was only one person working and we did an online order and they were really busy and he... did an amazing job. Someone asked him how long he'd work there and he said over a decade so he seems to really enjoy his job.Now. I think over the years Subway's quality has gone down which is obviously not the employee's fault. Read more

Came on a Sunday lunch time . One young man was running the place by himself. He was very professional , and got the job... done. Nice clean lobby. No complaints. Read more

Horrible horrible experience. Went into store last weekend to order 2 sub platters and 2 wrap platters for a family event today... 5/28. So we ordered with veggies on the side and condiments also on the side. Called me 10 minutes before my niece was to bethere to pickup and said they messed up and didn't put veggies on the side. Then to top it off they forgot the condiments onthe side. Then final straw is they never answer their phone. I will never eat here and will be filing a complaint with theircorporate office. Spent $283.10 and they can't get a frickin thing right. Hopefully the management at this store has theintegrity to call me since I cannot get Hold of them because the store does not answer their phones. Update 6/3/22 Still noword from management at this store. When I get a chance to drive in the 18 miles maybe I can get in contact with them then. Read more

Busy day so I ordered ahead with an hour notice. Arrived and still had to wait in line to get my sandwich causing me to run... late. Then I open my sandwich and its not even right. Waited for 15 minutes INSIDE the restaurant and there was no one there. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked, and it was... mid afternoon. After a while someone started moving around in the back of the building but didn't seem to hear us in the frontof the store. Eventually a young lady came to the front and promptly filled our order. She was very polite. Normally I wouldn'tcomplain, but this isn't the first time I've come to this exact Subway to find no one was inside. Last time I left, this time Iwaited longer and was able to leave with the food I came for. Read more
