Pulled to the window? sat there for 5 minutes before I said ?hello?. The person came on the mic and said ?I?ll be right with... you?. My daughter went around to the front as I sat there, and found no one in the lobby and no one waiting at the window.Finally they came back on and asked to take our order. Drove right up to the window, they quickly took our money, and offeredno receipt. Promptly afterwards, all employees disappeared into the back for approx 8 minutes. I watched one worker putsandwiches into a bag and fries on top. After 5 more minutes, this same employee came to the window and said they just put thecurly fries into the frier and it would be a few more minutes. Keep in mind, they already filled our bag with all the food. Hethen came back from the back, along with all the other workers at the same time and handed us the bag of food which was lukewarm. Fries were even semi cold. Our entire time in the drive thru was 23 minutes. After we rolled out, I pulled directlyaround to make sure we got everything. Guess what? They forgot a huge part of our order and we had to wait even longer for themto help. I went in to get the remaining items, and the girl behind the counter was obviously blazed and high as heck. Afterlooking at everyone else, and watching them, everyone was high. Furthermore no one wore gloves, or even washed their handsafter handling money and food and back and forth. This place needs the health department called and shut down until they canget a capable crew in there to do their jobs and do it sober and clean. Been kinda spotty with quality lately the last few trips. Last week went by was barely any meat on the classic roast beef, as... well as the chicken sandwich. Then we decided to give it another go tonight. Got two beefy cheddars(more than the classics) nextto zero cheese on them. What?s the point of paying extra for the sandwich above the basic if you barely get anything that youare paying for? So disappointing because we typically love arbys by the quality has been really hit and miss at this locationlately. Read more
They didn?t have 2 items requested so ordered other items. When at the window I looked over to see employee Nathan pick up ice... from counter and throw it back in the ice cabinet with his bare hands after touching the computer screen and lever on machine.Talked to supervisor Amber who told me I could go to a different Arby?s if I would like. The sandwich that had fried chicken onit was cold and the cheese wasn?t even melted at all. The ice tea was warm and we did not receive any napkins or straws. Arbys is always one of my go to's for something a bit different. Their curly fries are awesome. Throw in a side of cheddar... sauce, and it awesome. Beef n cheddar is my only selection so no clue on other sandwiches. Price is stiff for fast food but Ikeep going back so it must be worth it! PS- check your bag for the extra cheese sauce, it doesn't always make it in the bag. Read more
This is the worst Arby's ever visited! Every table dirty. No shake machine functioning. No burgers at all. And to top it off... we've now waited over 15 minutes. Will never visit again!!! Asked for a refund and got it. Left to go eat elsewhere. Read more
Horrible. I ordered a strawberry shake. Some black dude made my shake and didn't even mix it. Typical lazy mf. Took forever too... for what? Thx for nothing. The wall had grease all over it and they had a cup to catch all the overflow from shake machinesitting there on milkshake machine. I threw away my when order. I'm definitely not going there again.
