I have ordered this location 3 times. All 3 times I request hot sauce packets. All 3 times I recieved 0 packets. They also never... put napkins in the bag. We are eating with our hands give us a couple napkins. Not to mention the employees are rude. This is byfar the worst location I have EVER visited. And it is consistently a bad experience. Sadly I live in McPherson so I guess I'llonly be getting Taco Bell when I go to Salina. They give napkins and are generous with the hot sauce. Read more
Always short staffed and won't accommodate you when out of something! I ordered online for breakfast and got there 30 minutes... before breakfast was over and they said oh we didn't drop enough eggs so we're out sorry! Always something with them! Read more
The store manager told me to find a phone book and look up the District managers number he refused to take our order because... they where under staffed but there was 3 cars in the lot and a moped. The lobby was closed for the same thing Read more
Just went and got dinner. I ordered the new double stuffed burritos. They were made completely wrong. It was missing the nacho... cheese and red strips. And all the meat was clumped at one end. Very disappointing Read more
Worst place in Mcpherson to Doordash at. They tell you that you need to come into the lobby to pick up customer orders and then... the next day, the lobby is closed "due to inadequate staffing". Why not keep it closed until you can get the staffing you need?Or figure out a way to let doordash drivers and uber eats drivers come inside and pick up without having to wait 20 minutes inthe drive thru ???????? Passing through this town we stopped at this Taco Bell and I must say the service was extremely poor. We ordered 2 deluxe... cravings boxes ($18.51) - the food was literally most likely old (a hard, dry chicken nugget placed in a tortilla) and throwninto the bag after being poorly put together - I realize this is ?fast food? chain but I am baffled by the sloppiness in thatbag. They forgot our drinks and didn?t put any sauce that we had requested in the bag - go figure. Just a bit disappointing. Ionly give 2 stars because we did receive the food we had ordered. Read more
