Tried to use a gift card today, but the register would not take it. For some reason it said offline. This gift card was never... used before. My only given option then was to use my credit card. Disappointing. Then the table was not clean. Ohhhh we werealso told the sandwich would take 7 minutes. I know the guy working there does not have a crystal ball, but 17 min later we gotthe sandwich. First and last time I will ever go to the Jersey Mikes on Washington Rd McMurray. Andrew was very rude, ignorant, and highly... lacked customer service. Poor professionalism when they are bad mouthing a customer who was on the phone in front of a customerstanding there in person. The manager should discuss proper customer interactions. The food was good and very fresh. We had two different subs and enjoyed them both. The price was reasonable for what it was. The... restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms.
