Got dinner from here today. The young blonde cashier was nothing but rude and pushy. At the drivethru, she kept repeating "order... when ready" when I already said okay. Then at the window, she was snappy and rolled her eyes. Also got diet coke instead ofcoke. The food however was great, kudos to the cooks. The food is always hot, fresh and fast and the customer Service has always been great! Never heard any complaints
the old lady with the short blond hair needs a new job if she?s just going to be hateful to her customers. The set up here is so... confusing, I?m not from here and have never been to this Krystals. I made the wrong turn and came in the wrong way and she opensthe window and was extremely hateful. I was nothing but nice and apologized multiple times. Pathetic. Read more
Good food, but wish they would open their other drive thru lane!
This particular Krystal is so hit or miss. I?m tired of the inconsistency. I literally only buy fries here (Krystal Fries are... top tier) but every other time I get them at this location they are old, cold, soggy. If I come late at night and the lady withthe tattoos is working, it?s a guarantee that the fries will be hot, fresh, and crispy. If anyone else is working, they give youwhatever they have pre cooked just to get you through the line. Never had this with any other Krystal, especially since my orderis just fries (occasionally tater tots as well). Read more
I like the menu well enough but wish they'd bring back the previous French fries. The new ones are meh.
