Took them 15 mins to get us seated and have been waiting for an hour for our food and the restaurant isn't very busy at all this... is ridiculous. Waffle house is better than this even packed they do better Read more
My trip to huddle house tonight started good. The place is very clean drinks were good but from there it went down hill. My... waitress tells me after she brings our food out (which we waited for, for a very long time) that it would be another 3 minuteson my pancakes. Which would be fine if I had not ordered waffles. So I eat my sides while waiting on my waffle to get done andthen I am told that they burnt the waffles and that it would be another 5 minutes ( at this point we are done with all of thefood just waiting on the waffles) so they bring me pancakes and after I get done eating those they proceeded to bring me mywaffle with the ticket. I was still charged for the waffle which was a dollar-sixty more than a pancake after having me therefor over an hour. This is laughably the worst food service I've experienced. Ordered curb side... had to go in and wait 20 minutes for my order. At 6: 15 pm they were out of mac and cheese. I substituted... it for a baked potato which was not in our bag. My son's burger was totally wrong. Not a good first impression for a $30purchase. Also as you can see in the pictures... they were not wearing a mask as the county has mandated. Read more
