Every new employee is just as bad as the ones before. Their attitude suggests they have never worked in customer service in... their life, and were not trained. Went in and ordered 2 different coffee?s with SC cold foam. The lady Samantha was training another employee and the cold foam... was literally thicker than whipped cream. She couldn?t even poor it out of the blender and to top it off one of the drinks had along hair in it and all she offered to do was take the lid off. Disgusting.
