POSSIBLE defamation and POSSIBLE slander: I have been a Starbucks customer for a very long time, closely dating back to this... location's construction. Photos available, the lobby has been locked recently. The CUSTOMERS shirt could be commented on. Arecent event including someone with the name tag HEIDI. HEIDI wears a bobbed haircut. She comments on the shirt. Some photos areavailable at this point. The shirt has nothing offensive. The staff do say they will get the POLICE involved. Someone by thename of SHY also mentions POLICE. A photo is obtained and she has tattoos. The POLICE are involved. HEIDI has a key. A PHOTOhas been provided. HEIDI initiates with the shirt rather than clips. I did not get POLICE involved. Every time I go and ask for any modifications, I pay for them and don?t receive them. Service is usually always very good very... kind. Today when I went, my hot food bag wasn?t sealed at all and my food fell out on the ground :(. Read more
I drank Starbucks Coffee with my work crew for decades In SoCal. I got away from that when we moved North and I am now a Dutch... fan. DB steams coffee, fresh one cup at a time, not brewed and waiting in the pot. Starbucks coffee, regardless of the blendthey're serving, has always had a slightly bitter after taste; some worse than others. No problem with the service, it's theproduct itself I don't care for. Went through the drive through on my birthday. Not familiar with Starbucks, asked if there might be a discount on my drink if... it was my birthday? The gal was very nice but explained that unless I had the app i couldn't get a discount on my drink. Read more

Changing my 5 star rating to a 1 star rating. The drinks used to be great here but the last few times I've been in the coffee,... teas, and hot chocolate have been super watery... pretty much tastes like water with some sugar added. Won't be returning tothis location anymore. Read more
Delicious food. Salem rolls are amazing. Staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. Will be back many more times
Not a coffee person but Carmel frappichino fantastic. A little spend. More of a once in a while treat.
