What a mess! We went in to order. Several people were waiting to order. There were also several people waiting for their food,... including a Door Dash delivery guy who had been waiting for his food for over 20 minutes. When we were finally able to place ourorder, we were told we would have to get it to go ... couldn't eat it there because the dining area supposedly closed at 7 PM,and it was probably about 7:45 ish. Don't know how we were supposed to know that...didn't see a sign stating that they wereclosed except for Door Dash, curbside pick up and Drive Thru. The drive thru was really long too . We ate our food in our car,since it would have been cold by the time we got home a half hour later. Probably won't be going back. The "fast" had definitelybeen taken out of fast food. Read more
Stopped in this morning on a trip to Idaho. Walked in, saw the manager busy in the back, we made eye contact. After waiting for... a minute or so, I asked if anyone is working the counter. She replied that she is, but she is busy. What I don't understand iswhy, she never said be with you in a minute? Big customer service no-no. When my meal was ready, she tossed it on the counter,and my receipt went flying. I through my other on the floor and left. I figured that's where they belong and left. Read more

Was in a very long line in the drive thru only wanted an ice coffee after 30min. In line then another 12 min. Sitting at the... window to pickup my coffee someone came to the window and asked if I could pull forward and park because they are going to startbrewing some coffee and it's going to be awhile..by that time I knew I had better get out of there ???? drove away went toStarbucks $**** . I hate leaving bad reviews but after so many chances... Such inconsistency... YIKES! Please for the Love of God stop frying the... fries to death... They're like little unseasoned concrete strings that taste like cardboard and plastic had a baby! And...What's ridiculous on top of that is the price charged and you never actually fill the containers!! Mostly half full! Same withthe nuggets on the fried to death part! I rarely get them and that's why!! P.S. Bring back the breakfast all day/night that'swhere you used to shine!! Read more
