I had read great reviews about the meatballs here and was looking forward to trying them. Went for dinner at 5:00pm on a... Saturday and was told they were completely out of meatballs. They said it would take an hour to make more. It makes no senseto be out of a popular dish on a Saturday night. No apologies were given, no other options were suggested by the staff. Theyseemed to care less about losing my business. So I went to Jimmy John's instead, they were grateful for my business and weren'tout of their menu items. Read more
This place is amazing! As someone who works in hospitality, I really appreciate the fun, familiar atmosphere. The food was... fresh, authentic Italian, with amazing tiramisu for dessert. My friend and I stopped there because our windshield wipers brokeand we wanted to get off the road and wait for the rain to stop. We were talking to Joe,( the owner and chef) and he offered towax our windshield so we would be safe on the road! He did a great job with that too! We decided to try this place out on a whim after visiting the aviation and space museum. They were out of some meats for their... sandwiches so my husband couldn?t try the one he wanted but we both ended up loving the sandwiches that we got. Seriously, thebest! They were also out of sliced pizza but offered to make a pepperoni ?pizza? on their garlic bread for my son. That wasdelicious as well.
