This Wendy's needs more help. They are sadly short staffed and can only keep up with so much. They couldn't even operate the... drive thru because they only had 3 people working. The cashier was friendly enough though and they got my order correct. TheCoca-Cola freestyle machine was very limited to what was left in it. I think once they can become fully staffed, it will be amuch better experience and I'll update my rating. Read more
Can?t even give it a single star but I have to. Went to get something to eat and was advised there wasn?t anyone cooking food... because the manager(s) were outside. When I got there I saw a two female employees on phone looking like they were arguing withsomeone or each other. However the girl with green hair was nice and polite about letting me know there was no one at the grill. Read more
Absolute worst fast food experience ever. Wish I could give them a zero. Website says they close at midnight, but when I was... walking to the front door at 1045, it was being locked. Tried the drive thru, no one asked to take my order, so I pulled around.The young woman standing near the drive thru window opened it and said that only the inside was open. When I told her that thedoor was locked, she said that it wasn't. I asked to speak to a manager, and she told me that she was the manager, but that shedidn't know whether the restaurant was open or not. I know there is a shortage of fast food workers, but jeez! The person on the intercom was not friendly. I ordered 2 biggie bags meals for 2 different people and yet and still they bagged... them in the same bag. Asked for a receipt..no receipt paper. The guy at the window was very nice about it though. Read more
I wish I would've got his name, but whoever was working ye drive thru wed night 7/13 made my night. I was a little perturbed... when I got there to pick up a doordash and he informed me that they were out of half of what was ordered (2 out of 4 items) butalso that someone else had already came to get the order, and the customer wouldn't answer so they left. Then of course thecustomer wouldn't answer for me either and I had to call doordash where I was on hold for a good 30mins where I think theyforgot about me. I was ill to say the least, however, he handled the situation extremely well and was so nice he fixed my moodfrom speaker to window. Ohh and since I had to wait anyways, my son and I ordered and it was out to me before I could get mycard back in my wallet. Gave four stars because my sandwiches were cold but my taters were hot. I hate traveling and eating because it is like I am... going to run into something like this. Then I had to wait additional minutes to get my drinks and my tea wasn?t even sweet. Read more
This has got to be the rudest, laziest bunch of people. Horrible service. Nothing fast about this fast food restaurant. Just... assume you want something when you ordered something different. You won't get straws, spoons, napkins, with your to go order. Just horrible all around Read more
