Inflexible and rude. Every other Subway lets my kids order whichever meat they want for the kids meal. Not this place - it's... their way or I-40. Update 6 years later: Happened to be coming back the same way, just got around Greensboro and still got afamily of 4 to feed, completely forgot about the previous experience at this location. Ordered 2 foot-long turkey on wheat withspinach, tomato and ranch, nothing fancy. We asked ?could you cut them in half??. ?No problem? says the nice trainee but thenthe miserable old lady from the previous decade shows up and says ?no that?s 4 sandwiches?. Fair enough, but then the billbefore tax is over $22? That?s $5.50 per sub which is way over what you should pay for 4 basic 6-inch never mind 2 foot longs.Will be filing a formal complaint with Corporate. Update: Filed a complaint, got a response but no offer of a refund, nocoupon, nothing. Guess I?ll try Jersey Mikes. Subway has forgotten how to treat its customers on every level. Read more
I only ever see one guy in there and he's doing a great job. Never had a bad sandwich from this location and the bread is always... super fresh. Read more
This Subway is not on there A game. Very crowded and we are in a pandemic. Why guy making food not wearing mask correctly so... breathing whatever germs on food, plus not washing hands after touching stuff. Just YUCK!! Working in healthcare makes menervous!!! Read more
Amazing. Truly amazing. Me and my buddies came in on lunch break and one guy literally made three sandwiches and had us out of... the door within ten minutes. Super sweet, amazing food! Thank you to the young man working today! Read more
English as a second language, yes... But be a little bit patient and slow down. If you can't order at subway without pointing... and saying tomato, mushrooms the problem may be in the mirror. *Always clean and always fresh.* That matters more to me thansaving a few seconds. Very nice staff, gave a generous portion so maybe they read a recent review. They understood me perfectly. However, the... bathroom was dirty. I mentioned this to Citgo attendant and he seemed to be looking for another attendant to fix the problem. Read more
GAve a one star as 0 star was not a choice. Terrible ! There is definitely a language barrier here. I ask not to toast, however... it went straight into the oven. She also had problem as I wanted two cookies instead of chips. After all this I went torestroom to wash my hands. The facility was absolutely disgusting. Toilets were not flushing. Soap dispensers empty. No papertowels and the air dryer did not work. If I had not already paid I would have immediately left. This franchise needs to be shutdown immediately. Normally Subways have perfect health ratings but not this one. 96.5 which is not what I would expect ofSubway. I will never stop here again. Read more
This place is almost never open. The past 3 times I've tried to go it's closed around dinner time.
