Wow. Surprised at pretty good quality than expected. Miso soup was delicious. Hot tea was good quality. All the food was fresh... and flavorful. Serving is not that attentive but it?s ok. You are busy picking your food from revolving conveyer whole time.LOL. Read more

Amazing sushi restaurant with a revolving train. Great selection of sushi, wait staff was delightful, and everything tasted... delicious. Only complaint is the fact that it's in the middle of the mall, directly under an escalator. Read more

Nice experience The staff are friendly in spite of they are super busy We went for the experience and the style of the... service My son is a huge fan of sushi The prices highlighted based on the colour in the menu There is like 5 colours dishes Ican?t say about the quality of food more than normal ! Nothing spectacular ! The experience all about the rounding dishes/plates thing ! Very busy in the weekend For such prices, you can easily find a better Sushi quality and quantity. In overall,it?s was nice experience Read more

This was a fun experience in eating sushi. You basically grab a plate as it motors by on the conveyor. Different color plates... have different prices. It was a good way to enjoy different kinds of sushi and it all tasted good. The service and presentationare a bit lacking, however, when you get used to the concept it can be an easy fun way to fill up. Read more

i Absolutely adore the concept of this place. The conveyor belt interactive concept where you just sit down, and grab a plate... from the moving belt, and prices are depending to the color of the plate chosen. Plates range anywhere from around $3.50-$8 Ibelieve. You can get a decent roll consisting of about 4 to 5 pieces for $5. Oh, I should add that the rolls are not full rollsmost of the quality ones have 5 pieces tops. But there are some other rolls with about 6 to 8 pieces too, I got the Tyson's &Dragon roll this visit, i loved the dragon roll, the presentation is cute & the eel was yummy. This particular visit I didn'tthink my cup was too clean but in good faith it could've been stained from previous orders (as it seems like their designatedcup for green tea) Do not expect a Japanese steakhouse type of sushi quality, or even too much of the best mom and pop (small)sushi restaurants that you've been to. The big thing about this place is more so the experience of it all and how cool theconveyor belt is. But with that being said ...I have always enjoyed sushi here every time I visited wasabi. 2.5 stars but theexperience makes it a solid 3. Read more

It was our first experience of Kaitenzushi dining and it was pleasant. I can ignore the seating was so close that you literally... bumped into the person sitting besides you. We weren?t really hungry but ended up eating spider roll, blue crab roll andsalmon&avocado roll and also ordered poke bowl. Prices are quite reasonable and everything we had was good. Read more

Fun interactive dining experience. Plates range from $4 to $7 making it affordable to get a wide selection. Soft drinks are good... and bottomless. Only a few hot non sushi items but a wide range of snacks and desserts. Bar type and booth seating available. Read more

Update March 2022 I have learned that all of the mochi filling is red bean. The different flavors (chocolate, strawberry, and... green bean) are for the outside mochi dough, which personally doesn't make sense to me. The food quality is still the same. Fornew items I've tried: the green tea (matcha) cheesecake has a disappointly gritty matcha taste, and the crawfish salad has realcrawfish meat and is very creamy. The service is still friendly and efficient. Only some of staff are wearing masks. Oct2021 Decent sushi, good service, and one questionable moment that caused me to take off one star. All the staff wear masks andthere are barriers between the booths and in the middle of the conveyor belt, separating the opposite directions. I don'tremember if there's a barrier between the bar seating and the kitchen area. The questionable moment was seeing a huge flytrapped in one of the sushi plates on the conveyor belt. In the kitchen, it looks like the staff premake the sushi and otherfood plates, cover them, and then stack them to one side of the counter. When they see a particular food running low on thebelt, they add to the conveyor belt from the stack. They can also easily add or take away different types of food since the beltis pretty open to the kitchen for most of its length. There are holes in the covers, but they aren't very big. I suppose the flycould have crawled in through a hole, but I think it's more likely someone wasn't paying attention before covering the sushiplate. The sushi quality was pretty good for mall sushi, and they have a few interesting sushi rolls. Most notable were thePB&J roll (self explanatory) and the Maryland Crab roll (with real crab and dusted liberally with Old Bay, lemon on the side). Ithink the MD crab roll had too much Old Bay, but I personally don't like Old Bay that much. I did not see sashimi on theconveyor belt, so I'm guessing you have to order that. The spider roll was a disappointment without much (or any) s Read more
