As someone who use to work at Starbucks, I would have been reprimanded for the attitude that the cashier?s displayed. Very... disappointed, I normally enjoy Starbucks and normally all the employees are very kind, but the cashier I had today was justawful. The only reason this Starbucks got a 3 star is because their Christmas blend is in. If you?re looking for coffee in thisarea, try somewhere else. No wonder it wasn?t busy. Read more
I go to this Starbucks every now and then and the customer service is always good. Especially in the evening. Drinks are also... consistently good -- which sometimes can be hard with chain stores. Read more

This is the only Starbucks in Tysons mall currently. It can get very backed up. If you arrive a little before the Mall opens,... you can get your coffee and go. Otherwise, you're likely to encounter a decent sized line. The service has been good when I'vegone. Read more
