The manager is racist, my old mother came to get food for her grandchild and the entire time she was cursing at her pointing... fingers and trying to get aggressive and start a fight all because of her hijab. Her name was elizabeth and she tried to callthe police and security on my mother for no reason. Unacceptable behavior and she should be fired. I thought mcdonald?s messageincluded diversity and equality without prejudice to their beliefs or race. Read more
This was an okay McDonald's location. It was quick serving, but the food wasn't that great. The cook made a Quarter Pounder with... too much ketchup, and there was actually ketchup dripping off the side when I took it out the box. While some people likeketchup this was definitely too much. Service is slow and prices are a little inflated but it is at a mall so it's to be expected. Also seating around meal times can... be hard to find but the mall does have seating for eating. Read more
This is the only mcdonalds I've ever been to that refused to give a refill on my drink. The lady behind the counter was very... rude about it as well. Other restaurants in the food court give free refills so I'm not sure why this mcdonalds doesn't. Read more
