Great people work here! As a lifelong Texan, Whataburger has always hit the spot, but my experience at this location was above... and beyond! When my truck battery died in their parking lot, I walked in their store (clean as could be!) and was greeted bykind and welcoming faces. As I told them about my predicament, some of the team members starting asking around who could help. Ifigured it was lunchtime anyway, so I placed an order while the manager was so kind to bring his own vehicle around to give me ajumpstart. By the time my Whataburger was ready my truck was back up and running and I was headed back to work! With hot friesto boot! Thank you to all that work here for going above and beyond. Read more
The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting a Whataburger and she had great suggestions on what I... should order for the real Whataburger experience. Wow, definitely on the way down. Had hard bits in the meat and my fries consisted mostly of potato remnants. Also, the coke... was watered down. Instead of dropping the quality, how about just raise the prices. Read more
This Whata is the best! Last week when I got home I realized i somehow got the wrong order. I called and spoke to the manager... Adolfo. He knew exactly what had happened and told me to come by anytime and they would make it up. I went there yesterday andhe was there and they fixed my order. I got the peppercorn grilled Chicken Club. Best chicken sandwich ever. The service wasamazing and I know we will continue to go back. Thanks Adolfo for taking care of everything and for the great customer service.It is getting harder to find this at businesses these days. Of course it is go to fast food burger. Tried the Blue cheese burger, oh yes, If you like blue cheese you will love this burger.... its a lot of burger since it is a two patties. Of course the good fries and the spicy ketchup. This location staff was friendlyand service was fast. Read more
Been in the drive thru for over 45 minutes? then I get put on hold for over 5 minutes while the drive thru line moves so... slow. I get that these places need to pay more to higher more and better employees but when I?m in line this long and there?sbeen 20 cars leaving the drive thru you guys lose way more money this way. Franchise owner should be forced to work overnightto see how this process can be moved quicker. No one wants to work hard for an owner who won?t handle his business. Read more
Felt rushed and I had to yelled at the person on the speaker to let him know I was not done with my order. I was very... dissapointed because it was a big order and is always hard to place when you have so many people ordering through the drivethru. However, I appreciate his apologies once I arrived at the window and him saying he tried for my order to be correct. Thisman double tripled checked and made sure my order was correct and that really amazed me and made me feel appreciated as acustomer. He is the reason why im giving them 5 stars.
