The way they have 2 lanes that don't go into one it's stupid and took 20 to 30 minutes with only 5 cars. The food was very bad.... Sad part they haven't ended out halfway out of Dallas when you come in back and I wish we would went there because we know wecan get it in-and-out. A couple weeks ago I was given someone else?s order. Last week my order was made wrong. Today I paid for food that wasn?t put in... the bag. Called the store and talked to Sarah. She never once apologized for anything. I have given this location multiplechances and it never gets better. Horrible location. Staff doesn?t care, assuming nor does upper management if this is how theyare allowing their business to be ran. I would definitely NOT recommend this location. Read more
Worse food I?ve ever had from a Whataburger. Food was luke warm by the time I got home 5 minutes away. And looks like it?s... slopped together like it was leftover and it appears undercooked. Waste of money. Food is unedited and threw it OUT!!!!!! I willNEVER EVER visit this location AGAIN. This owner and manager need to take a HARD look at training and food prep. The employee with "manager" on his name tag forgot to give me a drink cup when I ordered, and had to be reminded. There were no... condiments set out so I had to walk back up to the front where I stood for a couple minutes before an employee walked by and Iasked him for bbq sauce. He just stared at me like he had never heard the words bbq sauce before and walked back over andstarted cleaning the grill. A good location but probably the worst run and managed of the Whataburger chain I have went to. Read more
The staff was so busy talking to each other it seemed that no one was making any progress. Staff moved in slow motion.

Managers are not really friendly, besides to customers, yelled at some employees. GM showed up to work his shift and felt his... mustang had to be by the front door, he parked there taking sports from customers while the other employees parked away andacross the lot. To meet, this shows how the store is run... Once you walk in, you realize that you're better off waiting in thelong drive thru line. Liked like the ice machine hasn't been filled in hours, we had to give our cups to someone to ration outice. Read more
One of the best Whataburger restaurants I've eaten at honestly. The employees were very courteous and friendly. I was asked by... multiple employees if everything was good and I actually felt appreciated as a customer. As I was leaving I was told to have agreat day, great dine in experience. Read more
