Ok so the food is good and I love Wendy's fries.However, they miss the mark on their APP. They have a mobile order area but they... don't deliver to your car like McDonald's and others as part of their mobile service. So, you have to order mobile, then gothrough drive-thru...kinda defeats the purpose. Otherwise food is good at this location...avoid the Wendys over near 75 Ramp atall costs....This one is 1000% better. Read more
Going to McDonald's instead. Third location I've been to in the last 30 minutes. Drive-thru line is taking about 5 minutes... just to put in one order. Once you get to the teleprompter, it takes the guy about 2 minutes to acknowledge you, he asked you towait another 3 minutes, and then ask you what you want. I had three people in front of me, after waiting for 15 minutes just toget a strawberry Frosty for my pregnant wife, I just left. At this rate I don't see how Wendy's corporate is going to keep allthese stores open!! This brand is going under! Read more
This was my very first visit at this location. The employees were nice, the food was good made to request. The only complaint is... my lemonade was filled with ice although I requested No Ice and my grandson Coke was filled with ice and he to had requested NoIce. Otherwise I was satisfied with everything else. This location appearances from the outside was very clean and nice. Thebuilding looks very new and maintained. That along deserves a star. Old hamburger patty, the fries were not fresh and the three (3) guys working behind the counter at 3:30 on 7/25/22 were not... intersect in doing there job. They were more interested in having conversation between each themselves. I hope managementaddresses this. Read more
