Went inside for lunch and found it extremely filthy. Looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped for months. Dead bugs on the... floor, carpet and seats were dirty and torn. There was no Coke or Sprite in the machine. I gave it two stars for the politecashier and the food was decent. However, I will not go to this location again unless they clean and renovate. Now that I'veseen the dining room, I am wondering what the kitchen looks like. Read more
Stopped in to grab a bite. Employees couldn't handle two customers inside and two in the drive through at the same time.... Employee wanted to argue about what I ordered and when I clarified, twice, still got it wrong. Inside was disgusting, it waslike someone started the cleaning duties yesterday and everyone else just said not my problem and left it all out. Will notreturn to this location. Read more
This is the most disgusting fast food place in all of North Texas. Food is ALWAYS cold, not even warm.... and I worked fast food... I know when I ask for fresh fries you just drop the super cold ones again and say they're new and fresh. This place should getshut down. I am going to be calling to get this place looked into for unhealthy practices and disgusting restaurant and hygiene. Read more

Ok I get it, it's fast food I'm not going to get the best experience all the time but when it comes to quality control on... toppings that you pay extra for, y'all didn't look at the back and throw out the burnt bacon and made more, like how do youthink this is okay to serve it to your customers and would you eat this? I have been to this Wendy's a few times and today was the worst experience I've had coming here. The girl that took our order... was a little rude. She seemed irritated that we were ordering. I pulled up to the window and she started fixing the drinks. Shefixed 3 out of 5 then asked for payment. I gave her the card and she handed me my receipt and then shut the window. She wentaround to the front of the restaurant to fix the last 2 drinks and finally handed us the drinks. I usually get all my drinks upfront. It was very slow so there was no reason why the food should have been cold. My chicken sandwich tasted like it had beensitting there all day. The bun was hard as a rock. The chicken patty was cold and over cooked. I understand that people can havebad days but I paid my money to eat here and would like to get good service and fresh food. Read more
