Just left off university. Ordered 4 biggie bags. Order of 3 chkn BLT. Rec'd 3 with ONLY bun & chicken on 2 & other had chkn,... cheese & bun. None had BLT. Pfft. Even after long wait at window. Get it together over there! Plenty ppl working but why notdoing your jobs????? Read more

Wendy's is clearly the next chain to be going out of business!!! Horrible customer experiences!!! Four employees cars in the... parking lot, drive-thru is taking about 5 minutes per car just to put in 1 order. I attempt to go inside to beat the line, butthe doors are locked. Inside I can see it an employee chilling by the soda machine filling up his cup in gym shorts a T-shirtand sandals. Now I have to go to a third location just to get my pregnant wife a strawberry Frosty. Read more
Had to wait in the drive through for 45 minutes just to get frostys. Not a single person working there seemed to know what they... were doing. The person at the drive through register could barely count change. It's too bad because we could use a decentburger drive through in this area. Read more
