Edit: updated from 2 to 4 stars. Owner reached out very quickly to apologize and offer to make it right. That is much... appreciated. Smoothies are good and I like their sandwiches but the last few times I ordered a Capris sandwich, it's comecompletely burned on both sides. I'm surprised an employee would see this and think it's good enough to give to a customer. See picture - this was delivered to me during work hours so I can't easily go back and ask for a new one. The concentration of ingredients was weaker here than others. The man Manager was going around micro managing each of his... employees asking why you did it this way. They seemed to know more about what they were doing than he did. When I paid hechecked the receipt to see if I gave a tip. No I did not . That maybe why the drink was weak. Read more
I went there this morning for a Southwest wrap and a smoothie. My smoothie came out fast, and I was confused why my food was... taking a little longer. I thought they were just gonna throw the frozen wrap in the microwave. I didn?t realize their food wasfreshly made but was pleasantly surprised. Especially for $5! I would give zero stars if I could. I?ve been ordering a lot from here recently, ordered my (late) lunch today and got home to... barely any actual chicken and a scattered bunch of ?something? in its place, must be chicken fat? Called and asked for a refundof the wrap. Was met with skepticism, told they could pull the camera? What? All for a wrap refund because they messed up. Superdisappointed on the customer service. I ordered a smoothie which came with whole grain oats and asked to exchange the oats to almonds. He said he'd have to charge me... for the change because it had to be a "like priced item". Their own menu had both of those products listed for the same price.It hasn't been an issue when I was here before. Since he refused to make the change, I left and won't be back. I got the Jetty Punch smoothie and wow, I don't think they add extra sugar. It tasted fresh! I also got the Chipotle chicken... club and their flatbread is really good plus they have an excellent chipotle mayo (hence the half eaten sandwich)!!! Read more
It's just my opinion, so I recommend trying it for yourself. I gave three out of five stars. Nothing was horrible, however... nothing to truly brag about. Maybe my expectations were to high. The employees were lack luster and there was one eating atthe counter. To be fair, he had to be on break:) The food was ok. Again, nothing bad, just so so. Read more
