We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. My husband went to pick it up and waited until the bartender finished making... drinks. The bartender told him he recognized the name but it was probably still in the back being made. Then someone from thekitchen came and gave someone else their order and asked my husband what the name on the order was. It had been on the counterfor some time. When he brought it home, all of our food was cold. I tried to reheat the fries but they got worse. My burger wasawful. We called and spoke with Josh who told me the manager would call me today about a refund. We never got a call and I?vecalled several times this evening and no one answers the phone. Great, affordable food with a high end flare. We ordered through Uber eats. Typically things come delivered looking a mess but... not this restaurant. We ordered the Sunday morning burger which has an egg on it. The egg was delivered separately in its owncontainer. I was amazed to see a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg, with fresh cracked pepper on it, delivered in perfectcondition. It was delicious and the meat was cooked perfectly, not dry at all. Also we ordered the Philly cheese steak. Againthe melted cheese was on the side which meant I didn't have to eat my sandwich with a fork cause it came fresh and toasty, notmushy. The truffle parmesan fries, OMG ???????? SO GOOD ????! You could smell the truffles through the bag. It was insane. Theyspared no expense on that one. It and the buffalo cauliflower also had a gorgeous presentation, even though it was in takeoutcontainers. We wanted to try this place because of the positive reviews. It was our first time there and we will not go back. The guy who... took our order had no personality and acted like he didn't want to be there. The burgers were ok but nothing special and thecheese fries were average at best and not worth the $11.00 bucks. There are a lot of good burger joints in town but this is notone of them. I would encourage you to skip this place and try another place. Read more

Ordered online "to go" via unnamed food delivery service. The order was just wrong. I ordered two 32 oz drinks and received two... 16 oz drinks. Unfortunately the food delivery app gave me no way to alert the restaurant to their mistake. The food was subparand poorly packaged. The queso for my son's burger was spilled all over the bottom of the bag and was ice cold by the time itarrived. It was so cold that it "glued" the burger and fry box to the bag and we couldn't get them out. The food was deliveredso cold as to be inedible. Thank goodness for air fryers because I had to reheat EVERYTHING we ordered. The queso for the loadedfries had a nice skin sitting atop the cheese... nice. Given that the restaurant does not follow directions on orders anddoesn't pack the to-go orders very carefully (and that the food was just disgusting) I won't ever order from this restaurantagain. This was my second trying this place out and o actually remembered to take a picture this time! I ordered the blackened grind... with sweet potato fries and trust me, this will leave your stomach satisfied. Paired with an extra side of Cajun Mayo sauce, theflavor on this sandwich is an easy 10.
