Don?t come to this location. Just don?t do it. Even if you place a mobile order an hour in advance you will regret it as you... find yourself in the drive-thru line that never ends. Their lobby is always closed because they don?t pay people enough to keeptheir doors open for pickups. This is not the fault of the employees, it is the fault of the business. Stay away!! Read more

So I placed an order through the app, and drove to this location. When I get to the drive thru, the guy says, ?Give me a couple... of minutes.? Which would have been okay, except I see that they were already making the order. Normally they start it when yougive them your name, but mine was done before the literal 5 minutes it took for the guy to come back. And you might think it?sno big deal, but the tacos are already a little soggy by the time I get back to work. Yeah, they were falling apart by the timeI got there today. Terrible service. I had several different employees look me in the eyes as I asked for them to give me my cup that I had with my... mobile order. They looked at me once and then ignored me for the rest of the time. The woman next to me had the same issue andhad been waiting for almost 20 minutes for her order. I just left this taco bell Sunday, 5:07pm due to how rude the takeout person was. I asked for two bean burritos, no cheese and... dairy, due to dietary issues. She proceeded to lecture me about what came on the bean burrito. I just don't want any dairy,there was no reason to bite my head off. She then told me the red sauce has dairy. I have eaten at taco bell for years, I knowwhat sauces are and aren't certified dairy free. When I corrected her, she became irate and argued with me further about theingredients on the burrito. Staff will literally ignore customers in the lobby. The Manger looked right at me. It took another customer to point out the... kiosk so I could order. When i tried to talk to the Manager, she walked away without even acknowledging what I'd said. The samething happened to another lady that came in after me because she went through the drive-thru and was missing something in herorder. Read more

Horrible service at this location. I charged for three supreme tacos with no cheese, it wasn?t until I arrived home that I saw... I was given three tacos with only meat and (mostly) cheese. Such a waste of money! This isn?t the first mistake I?ve had atthis location. They?ve forgotten to put my cinnamon twists or other items ordered in my bag. Read more
