Really interesting spot. The employees made my sandwich exactly as ordered and that?s the only reason it got 3 stars. I sat down... with my daughter for a long time and observed several people come in and out and both people who worked here seemed like it wasa burden to interact with other humans. One person even tried to make conversation and the guy looked at him like it was a giantinconvenience. When asked questions about the menu, they would act as if they couldn?t hear or ignore the question entirely.They couldn?t even answers about what certain things on the menu are. Their faces are flat, almost bothered, and they definitelydon?t like their jobs- it?s almost robotic. They did the job but did not enjoy the job at all- couldn?t even fake it. Terrible! Ordered 3 ft longs for my family. 1st sub: guy put meat on my sub, then started taking it off! Super stingy with the... veggies. Wouldn?t even cover the full length of the sub! 2nd sub: refused to fill the scoop with chicken and was extremelystingy on the veggies. I asked for extra oil and vinegar on that sub, so instead he put extra oil and vinegar on the FIRST sub.3rd sub: veggie sub: stingy on the veggies- I lost it. I told him to put more!!! I?m never going there again. In fact I probablylost interest in subway all together due to this experience!!! I could make a better sandwich myself and not argue for it. I WASPAYING FOR IT!!! I used to eat subway salads here all the time and I don?t know if it is subways new way or owners choice, but my salad is... saddest thing I ever saw. I usually never complain , but yall I the bowl is barely half full & I could understand if it is alarge bowl but it?s not they are so small now . 4 tomatoes and 4 cucumbers and handed the bowl to me. I was in shock that I justpaid $8 for this. I love subway salad but I will take my business to chic fil a where they have full salads for the same price.Very disappointing. Read more
I've been twice to this location now and won't again. No issues with the food, but the employee made it seem like it was a... burden to take my order (of a single sandwich both times...). I don't expect a fake Chick-fil-A attitude, but it's weird whenyou don't feel welcome as a customer. Definitely worth the extra few minutes driving to the El Dorado location in my opinion. Read more
At first glance the store is very clean and updated. The food and service was good. After eating I went to use the restroom and... the men's restroom was absolutely disgusting. If I used the restroom before I ate I would've walked out. It definitely made mequestion how clean everything was. The restrooms sink was so nasty I couldn't wash my hands. Worst place ever I always eat subway everywhere but I never meet that rude person in my life. Was no one in the line behind me... and she was in hurry to take the order and no patience at all to talk the order she was giving me that face of upset I post apicture of my sandwich barley I can see green paper or onion and when I ask for jalapeno she put only 3 and still was looking atme upset as I was giving her hard time and when I checked out I asked for white chocolate cookies and chocolate chips she giveme chocolate chip and double chocolate instead of white ???? every disappointment from this lady Read more
