Walked in today and worker yells do you have a mask....how embarrassing as you are opening the door and I even have a medical... condition. both my girlfriend and myself are fully vaccinated and there is no order in Texas to wear masks. I said no thank youand left. Wasnt giving them my business. This is getting ridiculous. Businesses need to realize most people are vaccinated and Itruly wonder what they are following. No more starbucks for us. We will support the smaller coffee shops. Read more
My drink had to be made three times and still wasn't correct. The first time I was made a caramel frappuccino instead of the... ultra caramel frappuccino I ordered. Then it was made with extra caramel instead of extra coffee as requested. Lastly, Ireceived a drink that still didn't have the extra shot of coffee I paid for, at least I couldn't taste it as I normally do. Thiswas my first time at this location and I hope these errors were due to the frenzy of them trying to service "Black Friday"customers and not the norm. The barista was gracious and apologetic at first but, by the 2nd drink I think she was as frustratedas I was. With the crowd growing and her visual frustration, I didn't have the gumption to request my extra shot of coffee. Read more
I really love Starbucks! Two of my fave drinks are the new "serious strawberry" frappucchino and the "cotton candy drink" from... the secret menu! Starbucks can be a little on the expensive side sometimes, but it's worth it as long as you only go thereoccasionally! Most of the time, I don't have to wait too long for my drink to be made, unless they're really busy! But theyalways have nice staff, and good drinks! There are three size choices - tall is the smallest ????, then there's the grande, andthe largest size is the venti. Tall normally satisfies me, and occasionally I'll get the grande, but I never really get theventi. I included a picture of the pumpkin drink I got during the Fall. Read more
My suggestion, if you order a coffee, ask they to make it with fresh espresso, because no in all options of the menu they do,... tastes much better! Nice staff. Read more
The young man that took my order was very patient, kind, and joyful. The young man that brought me my drink was working so... hard, taking out the trash, handing out orders, and had such a humble and pleasant personality! Great Starbucks to go to! Read more
