I don?t have a problem with franchise itself however the people that work at this location are extremely slow and seem like they... are not on a hurry for anything in life especially to get your order. I waited 20 minutes and watch several people pull up afterme, get their drinks, food and leave while I?m still waiting for a drink and a bag of ice. Are you kidding me. I hit the buttonagain to ask if they forgot about my order and Kris tells me my bag of ice melted so they are on the way now. WOW. And how didthe bag of ice melt?because the 2 people who are running orders just decided getting ice out to a customer can wait?..SMH!!! Read more
Used to only have drive thru open most of the time and long wait time.. Update: They got enough people now and you might get... lucky and get someone who knows how to make food. Breakfast burrito was half size of normal with eggs cooked into omelette androlled up in tortilla. Couple pieces of ?salt lick? sausage. This is not how every other Sonic makes breakfast burritos. Food was cold, soda dripping down the side of my cup. Girl taking my order was upbeat and pleasant. Other girl brought my order... $6.05 was total. I handed her $20.05 and she asked if I wanted my change three times. I said yes, then she asked how much was myorder. Came back outside I gave her a tip only to find out she shorted my change by $2.00. My cold coney was smashed and thetots were old and cold. Ridiculous. Stay away. Read more
Best experience ever ordering drinks. Which can be a pain in the butt when ordering 8 drinks. Almost always something ends up... wrong. And then you can't figure out what each drink is. I got an unsweet tea and lemonade and lemonade and my partner got a large sprite with cherry flavor. Both were so sweet we... couldn't drink them and ended up pouring them out! Of course there wasn't much to pour out because 80% of the cup was ice! Iwill absolutely, never, go back to the sonic again. Read more
I go to this Sonic pretty often and this is the first time I ordered the popcorn chicken combo and it came without chicken. It... was nothing but fried chicken skin. I guess the teenagers working tonight thought it?d be funny. I?m so disappointed that thebare minimum - chicken IN the popcorn chicken couldn?t even be met for my meal. At least my slush was good. I ordered a frozen lemonade that I was craving. This is what I got. There is just a splash of lemon on the side(see yellow... color). I mixed it up thinking maybe it was at the bottom of cup. This is the second time this has happened. I?m already home,so I am not going to return to let them see the mistake. I tried to do the survey on the receipt and their store number is noton receipt. I like Sonic's diet cherry limeade, but this location is unreliable. Most of the time they don't put a cherry in it. Sometimes I... don't even get limes. A couple of times, they must have used lime juice and way too much of it because it was super tart.Unfortunately, they are my closest Sonic so I still go there, but I will often go out of my way to get to a different location.
