Food is always good but I've made a couple of trips to this location and have wound up short of my order a couple of times.

If I could give a negative stars I would. I spent over $30 at this establishment and everything had to go back from cold fries,... to not done popcorn chicken, and I?m not even sure what was happening with the chili cheese coney! The manager didn?t offer anapology and barely offered to fix the meals. I declined and requested a refund. The food was terrible and the service was worse.You would think he would allow my 4 year old to keep the drink due to how long we had to wait for things to be corrected which Iwas fine being charged for that, but nope he asked for that back as well. Not to mention half the stalls were out of order.Would not recommend this location!! Read more

We visit this Sonic almost everyday or as of now did everyday but not anymore! We use the Sonic App to order and my wife went... recently and ordered her drink on the App and everything was fine until she never received her order so she pushed the servicebutton and a young man answered and she stated she had never received her order! The young man stated there was no order for herso she tried to have him come out so she could show on her app that she had indeed ordered and been charged for the drink but hestill refused and cut her off! She pushed the service button a number of times but no one answer (obviously purposely) so shefinally left! This really bothers me that she was treated this way! We have gotten to know Lydia that works here and she?salways a delight to see but unfortunately we will never stop at this location again! I can?t even begin to imagine with all ourpast trips over the years how much this will cost the operator and the situation will also be shared with our friends, some thatalso stop there often! We will now frequently stop at the one west of this location on El Dorado! Stopped there today! Read more

The drive through survey doesn't work so my review is here. I did an online order and I thought it was all good because it... worked fine. However, when I got my order the drink was wrong and I still got the wrong drink but took it anyway, I got my halfoff happy hour for it. I get to my spot and the burger had onions which I asked for no onions and didn't get the half off for itwhen I gave the coupon for half off. Try to use the app to order half price drinks and shakes of course I was locked out of the app because of my password I've tried... to reset it sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes never could get a reset the app as I was told by the manager of this place"OUR APP SUCKS!"So I had to pay full price for our frozen treats the next day here again tried to reset the password reach outto corporate no response had to go outside the Box and create a whole new f××××n email. Francisco the GM Took over my call when I asked why my French fries & Tator tots were re dipped in grease!! He told me he made... them fresh this is not fresh and if this is fresh he needs to be demoted, I gave them an opportunity to correct my order beforeI drove away & this is what I got instead also called so that the situation could be corrected he told me I could do a review orrequest my money back I?m writing the review this is terrible Customer Service & if this is how you treat a PAYING CUSTOMER youneed to be out of a job!! The other reviews are truthful. This is one of the worst Sonics I have ever been too. They always get my order wrong, always... give me mediums when I order large, never have the toys they advertise (and if you're not a parent let me tell you nothing isworse then a disappointed child), 25% of the time they aren't even open when the lights and screens are on, even their soda ismostly flat almost every time. Why do I keep coming back do you say? Because I love sonic. I love it so much I continue to eatat this garbage location because the other Sonics are so far away. But don't worry, I've begun tipping the employees in largebills in hopes to inspire some amount of care for the customer so they will hopefully improve. I will update accordingly. Read more
