Today at smoothie king I came in to get a smoothie after my workout, Darren was the only one working and he had no help. He was... extremely kind and very quick at getting orders out. Im not sure how much he makes but its not enough. I suggest you guys makehim happy because he is a great asset to the company. Read more
Not sure if it was just a bad night or what, but I wouldn't recommend going to this Smoothie King. If you want a Smoothie King... smoothie, go to the one off Eldorado. We wasted $25 tonight on smoothies.. same smoothies we always order at otherlocations...but these were extremely bland. Ended up just throwing them away :(. Read more
I typically don't leave negative reviews unless I have continuous poor experiences at a business. Today is the second time... where I had a smoothie which was poorly blended and had weak flavor, the consistency was also very thick which makes me feellike they are using more ice than other ingredients. I am not exactly sure what they are doing here, but I basically had tochew my smoothie instead of drink it. There were large chunks of ingredients. I have now had this experience a couple times atthis store by different employees, so it appears they are doing something different that is reducing quality. Never had thisissue at other locations. The smoothie was delicious, but customer service is lacking. A young blonde girl and a young guy with dark hair and goatee were... at the counter and neither of them smiled once, greeted me, and she even cut me off while I was still deciding on what to get inmy smoothie and gave me my total when I wasn?t finished ordering. Neither of them were in the front when I walked in, and bothseemed like they were rushing to get customers in and out so they could both go back to the back of the store and do whatever itwas they were doing before. One of my first jobs was at a smoothie king and I know this is not the kind of customer service thebusiness wants their employees to give to their customers. Read more
The employees here are friendly and very helpful; I asked which smoothie would be great for Keto diet and they were informative.... They told me about the Gladiator smoothie as a low carb option, and how many carbs it contains. I only purchased a canned drinktoday, but will get the Gladiator when I return! The store was a little busy but I only had to wait a moment or so in line. Thestore was clean and well-stocked. The ingredients appeared to be fresh and stocked. The cold drink section was completelystocked with a wide variety of choices, in case someone is not interested in a smoothie. I read online that Smoothie King willbe eliminating added sugars in their smoothies, so I look forward to an even healthier option in the future.
