I stopped by after I had a dental procedure. The staff looked overwhelmed and shorthanded with a busy store. I asked the... gentleman when I ordered that I wanted the sandwich with just turkey and no pork products of any kind. He told me which numberit was. To my disappointment, later on in the evening when I was ready to eat, I found out after I took a few bites that mysandwich had salami and something else that definitely wasn't turkey because it was distinct which might be ham if some sort Just very disappointed as this is very important to people who don't eat pork products for religious or health reasons. I don'tknow what would make it right at this point but I am writing this review in hopes it will bring the management's attention to avery important issue that no establishment can compromise on. Had to repeat my order three times, it?s like the lady wasn?t even listening to me. When I got to the front I was brought out... the complete wrong order, completely different from my receipt. I have literally never gotten a single order that was made correctly from here but usually it still tastes good so it doesn?t... bother me. I paid extra to order a jalapeño bun, paid extra to add 2 types of additional cheese, and added red onion. I alsopaid extra to add a side of honey mustard. I got a sandwich on a regular bun with no cheese (I?m not sure how that even happenedbecause the sandwich I ordered comes in 1 type of cheese already), no honey mustard in the bag, and no red onion. It was coldand limp with soggy bread (again not sure how that happened since they forgot to put any sauce on it) and didn?t have the mayoon it that the sandwich already comes with. $15 for the worst sandwich I have ever seen. After several times going through the drive thru and not receiving the gluten-free bread that I requested, I decided to get it a... try again. I asked twice and once when I was done with my entire order for the gluten-free free bread. I did not receive thecorrect bread again! I really don't understand what is so difficult about getting a gluten-free bun. I am done. Read more
