Very nice location and experience : the whole property is clean; decent food; polite staff. The best part, though, is that there... are NO videos screaming out advertisements, false news and the latest politically correct garbage, while you stand there at thepump. Clean! Smells Great. Fresh Food. And let me tell you they make the best grilled cheese sandwiches! I know who would have... thought. I love to stop here. The staff is amazing. Greets you when you walk in....says hello, makes you feel appreciated andlooks you in the eye when you check out. I am really impressed. The bathrooms are very clean and the drink area is well takencare of....no straw wrappers and trash on the counters. Well done! QT is my preferred gas station! The workers always greet you when you enter & wish you well when you leave. The restrooms are... always clean too which is a definite plus! Read more
The assistant manager, Stephanie, was very rude. I sent my friend out to grab cash from the car, and my friend engaged in a... quick conversation with one of the customers who had just left the store. Rather than patiently waiting, Stephanie complains?She?s going to be out there all night talking to him.? When I asked ?sorry?? She refused to repeat herself, or even make eyecontact. When we decided to go back for a drink, she made sure to let us know that she would be in the back, which I appreciatedand had no issue with as we were in no rush. As we went to the register, we waited for her for roughly five minutes. While wewere standing next to the door, the alarm that alerts the employees of any new customers, repeatedly went off, and once werealized we were the cause, stopped and apologized for our annoyance. To our surprise, Stephanie remarks ?once was enough,? andwith a snarky attitude, ?thank you.? We left feeling unwelcome and appalled at the worst customer service we had ever received,especially from an assistant manager. The only reason I had rated my experience two stars, rather than one, is because I usuallyhave a great experience here and love the store, however I will not be coming back anytime soon. Read more
Grossed out!!!! I am so bummed to lose my favorite drink spot. My husband and I always like stopping at QT for our cappuccino... and other drinks before work. I always get the sugar-free or fat free flavors, unfortunately these also clog up pretty oftenin the machine for some reason. So I have seen how other employees unplug it by just jostling the powder container. Instead ofbugging them anymore, I just do it myself no biggie. But today!!!!! I had just opened the lid & a male employee who wasstocking came up and I said it's clogged and he says oh I'll fix it AND STICKS BOTH HIS UNGLOVED UNWASHED FINGERS INSIDE THEDISPENSER AND SCRAPES IT ALL OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!! My mouth dropped open in sick shock! My husband and I threw outall our drinks & cups we were filling & left. This is unacceptable!!!! Disgusting! I'm so disappointed! I only allowed 2 starssince the employees working in the kitchen always follow proper food sanitary prodicals with gloves & hair nets. Read more
This location has wonderful associates.. but tonight was the night that changed my life. I have never walked into a public... rest room and decided i could hold my bladder until i made it home. The smell of the pandoras boxes (ladys toiletries) mixedwith humid mopped floor that smells like the water had not been changed all day... ive done my share of overnight shitft withyour rival comany to know better . The cleanliness is no where near uo to par when you cant get the restroom right . I walkedstraight out.. i dont like to conplain but it is unacceptable to have to hold my bladder bc quick trip could not hold to itsname and be a quick trip in and out for me ..womp womp . Get it together please!! Ill be back bc yall are my favorites ! I goout of my way bc theservice is wonderful and that means so much . But i would like to use the store to its fullest potential atany given time... thats the purpose of a Quick Trip!???? Read more
The breakfast pizza is a real surprise. I try not to eat it more than 2x a week. I am addicted to the roster booster lite... fountain drink. You can drink 96 oz of it a day only to deny it if not confronted with physical evidence. Read more
