Great customer service is hard to find and I definitely appreciate it when I get it.. I went through the drive thru and was... greeted by Juan. He definitely was kind ,courteous , did a great job repeating my or and I could hear him clearly on thespeaker. Based off my brief time with him, I truly felt he was thriving to give a great customer experience and representationof his company. Usually really good food. This time the beans were soupy, the chicken was tasty, but it seemed to have been cooked on a surface... that needs to be cleaned. (kinda go gritty).... That being said, it's a good chance that I'll give them another try. Read more
Are you kidding me?! The food here is so good. I seriously was not expecting this. I don't know what they're doing to that... chicken, but it is amazing. Mexican/Latin flare to the food here. Served with rice and beans, the charro beans...oh my. Niceselection of dipping sauces for the chicken and plenty of dishes to choose from. The chicken is grilled to perfection. Went through the drive thru, and waited about 30 min to even get up to the pay window. There was only 2 cars in front of me.... Came home, and the torta had bare minimum meat. The young girl, cashier was still trying to finish gobbling down her food while takingmy order.
