This is my favorite smoothie place by far ? they're always good, always taste fresh, have some of the best fruit combinations,... and I've never had a problem here. They're more organized and have a better taste than the smoothies at Smoothie King, TropicalSmoothie Cafe, Smoothie Factory, and Jamba Juice. My only complaint is that there aren't more locations... The store offers online ordering so I pre-ordered and paid for my drink to pick it up. When I got to the store at 12:20pm they... were completely CLOSED! No sign on, lights out, and a lock on the door. I am now out $10 for my order and didn?t receive mydrink. Nobody has contacted me despite me filling out contact information for the store. I understand things can happen and aplace can have to close for various reasons but online ordering should not be an option if you plan to just lock your doorsduring lunch hours. Also horrible because no one has even attempted to reach out to me. Read more
