The store offers online ordering so I pre-ordered and paid for my drink to pick it up. When I got to the store at 12:20pm they... were completely CLOSED! No sign on, lights out, and a lock on the door. I am now out $10 for my order and didn?t receive mydrink. Nobody has contacted me despite me filling out contact information for the store. I understand things can happen and aplace can have to close for various reasons but online ordering should not be an option if you plan to just lock your doorsduring lunch hours.
