It was good the cashier was friendly the place was neat and clean and only one worker
We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza. They informed us it would be a 30 minute delivery. We live 2 miles down the... road. It looks like they outsource their delivery through DoorDash, we used the Pizza Hut app and chose regular delivery. I'mnot sure if this is a common thing but the wait time is unacceptable. If you want your pizza and a timely manner I wouldsuggest ordering from a different pizza hut. Read more
Worst pizza I have ever eaten.
Worst store ever! I travel for work and have ordered from Pizza Hut literally all over the country and this is the worst store... by far. They forgot my drinks for the second time in 4 days at this same store. When I try to contact the store nobody answersthe phone. I tried calling non stop for 25 minutes and still no answer. So after traveling all day I have to sit here on holdwith corporate for 25 more minutes just to get a refund. Don't order from this store!! Read more

I wish I could give negative stars after my experience today with the store on Central Expy in McKinney. Never received the... pizza I ordered and the store never answered the phone. Customer service could only take new orders, and their remedy (each ofthe 4 times I called) was to transfer me to the store--who still never answered the phone. I will never order from this locationagain. Read more
