Okay where to begin?. Chips and salsa good Food was okay?. Order Queso as an appetizer never got it. Disappointed?..

We love coming to this location, but the most recent 2 times have not been pleasant. Our first visit we came in an hour and a... half before closing and the place was almost empty, that didnt stop out waiter Santiago from taking over 15 minutes to take ourdrink/appetizer order, another 15 minutes to bring out said drinks and forget our appetizers. The food was still top quality sonothing to complain about there, and he completely forgot the appetizer so we didnt have to worry about being charged. Thesecond time we came in we say that Santiago was our waiter again and gave him another chance. Once again service was not thereand ther appetizer was forgotten, but not on the bill this time. I was a little scared to visit because of the low rating of this location. Based on my experience, It is entirely... undeserved. The general manager clearly cares and works hard to offer his customers a great experience. My waiter wasexceptional and well trained. The other wait staff were clearly quick and friendly as well. There is a slight wait for someoneto notice you and to have time to seat you but not unreasonably so. You certainly are not ignored. The food was hot, fresh, andyummy. The cooks can use a bit more experience with presentation but the recipies are the same great OTB we all love and servingthem before they get cold is more critical to me than a little sticking together or timing issues. Ok, there with the high school band and it was live!!! They had their list of choices and I took care of my own. Had appetizers... (chips and dips) and margaritas!
