First time here and I was somewhat underwhelmed. Chicken tacos were delicious and Tuesday half priced tix and ?happy hour? all... day is probably the only exception I would make on ever coming back, but even that is not likely. Drinks were expensive for whatyou are getting. Lots of staff members, but no one explained the process of how to order or asked if we had been there before.No presence of a person in charge or greeters. My tray had rips in the fabric, sticky liquid from not being cleaned from theprevious person and my leather recliner smelled like body odor. One of the food runners looked injured and was limping back andforth and kept running into my recliner as she walked by. I felt bad for her as she looked in pain. Every 10 minutes theseteenage girls in the very back row would stomp down the stairs go out of the theatre and stomp back up the stairs. They clearlydidn?t watch the movie and no one from the staff was aware enough to handle the disturbance they were making. Food menu needs more diversity and a reality check on the inflated beverage prices. Happy hour was at least some relief to these... costs. Service was what I have come to expect at similar venues? the wait staff takes your order with mediocre enthusiasm, andthe runner has even less engagement. It felt like the staff was running through the motions as there was an obvious assumptionthat there was familiarity with the process. This could have been easily avoided by simply asking if we had been there beforeupon greeting us. Customer service 101. The location had ample staff, a common issue I have seen in other similarestablishments. What really led to the reduced star count is the dilapidated state of the auditorium. Chairs and tables fallingapart and it was clear that the space had not been wiped down after previous, messy patron. More staff dedicated to thecleanliness of the space would have been prudent.This venue was chosen based on location convenience but in the future I willinconvenience myself to obtain a better experience in a theater for which care has been taken on the condition of theenvironment and the execution of the staff. Movie house in Adery is fantastic, the food is so good and the prices are reasonable. I am very happy with the service and... cleanness of the store and the quality of the movies and screens is great. We will definitely be coming back and we appreciateall of the great servers and just wish the seats were heated. Read more

The movie theater is nice. The recliners were comfy. The food was alright. I ordered the soft tacos with chicken and avocado and... tater totes. It has a sauce on top which I need an extra side of. I asked the young gentleman if I could request an extra sideof sauce and a plastic fork to dip my taters in the ketchup dish side. He stated, "I got you." I never saw the young fellowanymore through the entirety of the movie. But at least the movie was awesome. Read more

It was a good experience but not great. The staff was nice at the bar and quick to serve. The theater I was in was worn. The... staff was good about taking your order but didn't follow up on drinks. There wasn't a server call button I could locate. Myfriends chair stopped working in the middle of the movie. I think the food was good but not exceptional Read more
