Very Disgusted by the service we received today. All our sandwiches were deliberately made wrong for our delivery. We ordered 3... Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddles and received Sausage on all of them and Chicken Biscuit and still received Sausage on this aswell no Chicken or Bacon to be found in this order. Guess workers thought they could just throw us anything in the bag andexpect us to eat it as breakfast hours ended and then we were left with completely no food after waiting for its arrival. Thislocation needs to be rectified right away and until it is its off our list ! Unbelievable! Read more

Depending on who's working one guy had a cruddy attitude inside and needs to brush up his customer service. But there is an... older woman who's always so sweet, kind, attentive and on top of her game! I do like this McDonald's quite a bit more than theother McDonald's I've visited ?? Read more

If I could zero stars I would! 2 lane drive through and the lane I was in kept getting serviced after the other lane let 2-3... cars order repeatedly when they arrived after. Had to drive to the window to order and the guy had the nonchalant attitudewithout any care. Couldn?t get a receipt b/c they supposedly didn?t have paper, order was wrong, and the supervisor was notcooperative!!! Trash !!! Will not return! Read more

honestly, at first they were really nice but something happened with the staff. Is this one African-American guy with glasses... that always has an attitude over the intercom. When i ask for sauce at the next window. They suddenly have an attitude they?rereally rude and the whole staffing needs to be restarted. I come here several times a week and you would think Id have learned by now. In a hurry, I left and didn't get what I ordered.... No receipt or anything to prove I actually ordered what I did. I tried to call immediately and no answer - GO FIGURE. I quitusing the drive thru because it was never right had a couple good experiences going in, so figured Id just go in. Definitely a really bad experience which made me have a bad time on my beautiful Sunday. Worse customer service I?ve ever seen.... The person in charge to take orders on drive-thru mistreated us a couple of times during the exchange while taking the order.She responded inappropriately twice, the first time when we clarified it was a hot drink, the second time when we asked forFRESH French fries. When we approached the paying station, she looked at us laughing in our face, with a defiant look. , whenwe told her she did not have to be rude instead of apologizing she started arguing with us. At that point we asked to speak tothe manager, who apologized and said she would talk to her. While we were talking to the manager, she had to ask the employee tostop talking because she was still arguing on the background. I?m sorry for her having that personality and do not enjoining herjob, unfortunately as the manager said, they have a shortage so I think that?s the only reason she is still working there andshe knows it. It?s sad how the behavior of one person impacts so negatively and make McDonald?s looks so bad. Something to thingabout. Read more

Missing or incorrect food most of the time, but today takes the cake. Bait and switch! 2 for $6 deal posted on all kiosk and... signs on the window and I paid over $32 for 6 sandwiches. When I brought it to the attention to the manager, she said that offerended a week ago and would NOT adjust the price. That was a lie because I came the day before and got the deal. When I mentionedthat, I was told that they mistake in giving me the deal. Also, I'm always asked to wait at the 3rd window or wait in theparking lot, because they are so slow to fulfill orders and don't want the owners to see how long customers are waiting forfood. Went here on my lunch break. Ordered a kid?s meal and a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. They gave me two hamburgers and one... cheeseburger and two fries. When I pulled away I asked where my drink was and was told I didn?t order one. Woman at the windowwas nice, everyone else was some knuckle-dragging invalid that only speaks in Spanglish mumbles. Came back and they gave me theright order (minus a straw for my drink so at least their incompetence is consistent) but everything was cold. This is 45minutes later after ordering ON THE APP so they couldn?t have misheard me. Avoid. Go to the one near the highway instead.Everyone here is inbred or intoxicated. Or both. Read more
