On October 11th 2022 I stopped by this location for dinner. I ordered a 4 piece dinner all dark. I got the meal home and it was... not right. After driving back to the restaurant and asking to speak with the Manager. She did Not speak A WORD of ENGLISH!!!!Another employee had to translate and I found this extremely insulting. The Manager REFUSED to make the order correct and eventurned around and walked away from the conversation. The girl who was translating was VERY RUDE and refused to do anything Tohelp me and started to argue with me. First you should not have anyone who can not speak English as a Manager. She needs to befired! I did report this to corporate but don't think anything will be done. I will NEVER be a customer of Kentucky FriedChicken every again and will NEVER be back at this location. Do NOT go here! The service is horrible and they don't care aboutthe customer. This has happened before but I wanted to let them make it right and they didn't. NEVER AGAIN! Please do NOT go to this location !!!! Not only was it the worst chicken ( unseasoned , tasteless ) I?ve ever tasted . Made me... and my family nauseous..But when i called back to the store after spend $28 on dinner for my family , they never answered thephone , no vm set up. I?m officially done , everything was nasty !!!! I want my money back , and they refused even after thefood was returned . Ordered from this via UberEats. My order arrived NOTHING was sealed. The bag was wide open and soda was completely exposed when... it arrived on my doorstep. There were no utensils or napkins and no honey sauce for my biscuits. Very disappointed ???? Read more
