My food was cold, I waited half an hour for my order (ordered on the app) and only got my food because another worker clocked in... and yelled at the others to get me my food. (Everyone else literally standing around chatting and ignoring me). I was the ONLYcustomer there. They had made my food and set it on the counter and forgot about it. Genuinely terrible workers. The open signs were on and the signs on the doors say dining room open 24 hours yet they were locked. So we went through the... drive through which took about 20 minutes even though there were only two cars in front of us. Read more
Food is alright. We only use drive-thru as we know was inside is meh at best. One word of advice, fix your speaker system. If... you're constantly saying you can't hear then the problem is you and not your customers. Everybody I know says the same thingthat you complain that you can't hear us. Talk to your superiors about the issue. Read more
Yummy, quick food and courteous staff. The store was closed, because the cook quit. The door was supposed to be locked, but the... door must not have been closed right and got in. The manager was cool, let us eat inside. We had the whole restaurant toourselves. People were jealous trying to get in & asking us to open the door. We had a good time & food. Read more
Man, most nights there's a massive line. Now, to most, that's a deterrent. Let me say this: if you see a line at night, don't... drive away. These guys ROCK when it comes to taking care of folks. I can?t fill out a complaint in DoorDash of my missing items in such. I really spend a total of $ for me to only get a cold... burger and a soda. Where are my missing items? As good as I remembered. I got the number 10 spicy chicken sandwich combo with large curly fries and a large orange Powerade.... The fries were hot, fresh and crunchy, but they disappointed me on the amount I received. The sandwich is also hot and freshwith a light spice. I placed an order thru a friend which was simple sour dough ckn combo. Friend said I don't think she (the CSR working the... drive-thru at 2am)can understand english. I was given my order as a plain fried ckn with cheese on a regular bun. When I cameback thru to the drive-thru to return it I could clearly tell she didn't understand me telling her the order was prepared wrong,3 times until finally I said I need the mgr. The MOD came and corrected the entire order & apologized for the mistake and thatwas all good but the damage had already been done. I was on my lunch break and had to extend the time because of this. So togive me a free cake isn't going to replace the time lost from waiting to correct an order because your worker isn't bilingual. Read more
