I had a bad experience with Imperial Garden Grill. I am not worried about the food quality, which is always optimal and good.... However, in addition to the food price, i was charged extra 4 dollars in the total bill, but in the itemized bill there was noentry in it. When i found that, i validated with the menu card. Immediately the cashier came and asked me to move out thecounter and informed that it is a credit card charge. To avoid that cheating, the cashier mentioned that it is a credit cardcharge, which is not the right way of doing things. Immediately i was asked to give the old receipt, and i paid in cash. Itotally loose confidence on Imperial Garden & Grill on their honesty and trust. Everyone visiting the place need to make surethat YOU ARE NOT LOOSING YOUR MONEY as every 1 dollar matters for us. Certainly they lost my trust and i don't prefer to visitthis hotel ever again. Read more

This is our family spot for a traditional Chinese restaurant meal. The place isn?t fancy but well kept. The owners are there... and they take care of the place. The servers are quick and courteous. We have been there several times and service, foodquality and taste have been consistent and good. We always go back! Read more
Pricing is average. The food was also average. I ordered the sizzling seafood delight. I found it to be just ok. The broccoli... was very well cooked, but the mushrooms were clearly defrosted in a microwave oven. The taste and texture gave that away. Themini corn probably came out of a can...the taste gave that away. The shrimp was waiting well cooked and had a good taste, butthe scallops were not well cooked and tasted like they had been frozen a while. The decor could do with an upgrade but its ok.The staff is authentic Chinese, and well mannered. Not extremely cordial but very profesional. I personally think they rushedtoo much to cook the food fast at the expense of flavor and taste. The soup was also good. Read more
Great service and good delicious Chinese-American food. Good portion sizes and good prices. The place is clean and the owners... super friendly. The owner gave us two egg rolls which are handmade in the restaurant. The egg rolls are filled with a wholeshrimp. So good. I will be back just for the egg rolls. Read more
I just went back for Saturday lunch after 3yrs. They didn't disappoint! The food was as great as it used to be. From the... appetizer dumplings, soup to Orange Chicken entree. Our waiter was quiet but nice. Highly recommended Imperial Garden. Read more
