Used to be my favorite deli, the product is great but the staff has gotten absolutely pathetic. They don?t care, they half... listen and have an attitude about every single thing. Virtually can?t use the drive through. Not if you want your order correct.Just ?ok anything else?? Repeated over and over again then miss 75% of the instructions and then get mad at the guest forwanting it corrected. There is one lady their (African American) that?s always nice and can actually do her job well buteveryone else need to go. Used to come here once a week will not be going back again ever. Which sucks for me too but I?m notgoing to keep giving them money to mess up my order and give me an unwelcome experience. Read more
I think my boyfriend and I think about going here for lunch every single day. The sandwiches are the perfect size and always... made so perfectly. Everything so fresh. We've stopped going to any other sandwich shop. I even love their cookies, brownies, andpotato salad that always comes with a dash of paprika. They even sell whole pickles. Best sub shop ever, I couldn?t give this place any less than 5 stars. I?ve been here multiple time and they have amazing... sandwiches and incredible ice cream. I just now tried their coffee ice cream for the first time and it was freezer burnt, notgood. I recommend the triple Oreo smash but would still like to try the coffee flavor at a fresher time. Superb sandwich!! I had the #12 Outdoorsman with all the works plus avocado and boyyyy was it incredibly fresh and delicious!... ???? The sandwich was huge and I was only able to eat half, but I?m already looking forward to the other half for dinner, lol.???? Great subs, bad manager. Jeanette is among the least friendly employees I?ve ever met at any business. She speaks in a very flat... voice, got annoyed when she messed up my order after not listening, and was rude to another customer. She seems like a decentworker, but should have a job where she does not interact with customers. I know this wasn?t a one-off occurrence because my dadgoes to this sub shop and has told me about her. She?s comically unfriendly. I?m taking two stars because she?s a manager andit?s ridiculous she was ever promoted. Read more
