Fun place, especially for karaoke nights!!! There's less seating than the Plano location & no real seats, only bar height seats.... It's not good after knee surgery to visit. I really enjoyed this place, and have been several times without an issue. I went on the 4th of July and had a couple of drinks.... My tab was $17.86. I left a $10 tip, totalling out at $27.86. The next morning, I checked my bank statement and saw the $27.86charge along with a fraudulent charge for $91.86. I called my bank, and they said they'd investigate. In the meantime, theysuggested reaching out to the establishment. I did. After several attempts I was finally able to reach Shelby, who told me I'dneed to get in touch with their accounting department. It's been almost 2 full months and I still have not found resolve overthis. I did NOT spend or authorize a $91.86 charge. I did spend $27.86. That's all. I'll change this review back to 5 stars oncethe transaction is reversed. Read more
My wife and I come here all the time. The food is very good and the servers are nice. The only thing I could offer as a ?could... improve?, is that, over the last several months it seems as if the servers cause everyone else?s service experience to suffer atthe whim of the regulars. On one hand it?s GREAT the staff and customers have such a good relationship, on the other hand it?snot cool for me to have to have 1 refill in an hour, and it not even be my server. I?d just offer a simple a suggestion to stillkeep up those relationships, but maybe be a tad more attentive to everyone else as well. Also we love love love Tony, Kat, andthe new girl Austin! If I could give less than one star I would. If it wasn?t for the time of night I would drive back up there. Let?s start with ... the rudeness of the ladies behind the bar. I was originally told my order wasn?t there. Upon searching my order was found andGod I wish they would?ve kept. The wings were full of feathers and tasted like nothing. My potato wedges had black stuff onthem. The requested condiments did not make it to the bag. My amplified shrimp was soggy. The was a definite waste of time andmoney! EndZone you guys let me down! Fun local bar to hang out and meet some cool people and grab a drink and some good wings. The bartenders Taylor and Mandy are... also cool and have great attitudes otherwise I wouldn?t even bother going. If you like watching sports or love karaoke then Ihighly recommend this bar ???? Read more
Don?t Uber from here. Pasta was all over the bag and other container. Don?t know why it?s not in a bowl. Spilt over everything.... Toast wasn?t even toasted. Side salad came with no dressing. Fish tacos were just meh. Really disappointing for spending$30+. - Update: Tried it again and just as disappointing. Forgot two sauces with combos, don?t know if they changed chicken andwaffles but instead of two waffles it?s just one now. I don?t know I?m done trying. Read more
I only gave 3 Star Rating due to overall experience. I'm sure others will love End Zone. The food was surprisingly delicious. ... The fish tacos were so good, I want to go back today and order them again. The Artichoke Dip was very tasty as well. Thebartender Brittany was very nice with a great personality. If End Zone did a fresh of the establishment, it would get 5 Stars. For me, it felt old dark and dated. Not bad, just not my cup of tea. Read more
I gotta give this place a thumbs up. Our waiter Tony took care of us the minute we walked in. He never failed to refill our... drink order even though he had several tables. That's customer service at its best. We had a great time. Ask for him cuz hewon't disappoint. We highly recommend this place. Great music, awesome crowd and fabulous customer service. Read more
