I came to pick up my mobile order. I told one of the workers that Im picking up a mobile order he said ?wait? and walked away.... He then proceeded to do 3 other peoples orders while my food was just sitting on the counter. I waited for another 5 minutes forsomeone to help me because the guy couldn?t just hand me the bag. My food was completely cold. He was rude and I am very upset.When I told them my food had just been sitting there and is now cold they just looked at me and ignored me. Read more
Best breakfast spot the gentlemen working was truly the best host in any restaurant I?ve been in. Huge selection of all kinds of... bagels and good quick service. Also dining are is roomy and clean. It?s like a subway but with bagels . Clean and these folksactually care about the food they serve taste and presentation. Read more
The best location I?ve visited for this chain. I normally go on Sundays cause the whole family loves bagels. Either get there... early or closer to noon for the fresh bagels ?. Expect a little wait cause they are usually busy, but for a good reason .Friendly staff and smiling faces. Read more
amazing bagels everytime, such a great breakfast place. i always get cinnamon sugar and french toast with the strawberry shmear,... but ive tried their other flavors and theyre all great. interior is also nice and clean for a dine in meal. Read more
Bagels? what is in a bagel that is worthy of a review? Well, Einstein, that?s what. Einstein Bros. Bagels has them down to a... science, get it? They are so good, you will be begging for seconds. The selection of bagels in this place is extensive; surely(don?t call me surely) there is something for almost every taste. The coffee? So good, rivals any gourmet coffee anywhere. Theservice? Here is the icing on the cake; the few times I have been there has been busy. I am sure it gets busier but, as busy asI have seen it, their service has been outstanding. Little to no wait. The shyness of the attendants gets swiftly overcome bythe seasoned guidance of the manager that keeps a keen eye on al the goings ons and outs. Got my order completely wrong. When I called to inform them, the cashier put me on hold and I could hear people laughing in the... background with no sense of wanting to resolve the situation. I went back to get my correct order and they tried to charge meagain for the order when I had already paid and not even gotten what I asked for. Not sure if this is a training issue or lackof customer service knowledge but this so called business is not being ran properly. Never coming back to this location and I amwilling to drive out of my way to a difference location just to avoid this one. Read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AND DON'T PLACE ORDER'S USING MOBILE APP. This happened to me twice. I placed an order and paid using the... Einstein mobile app, and when I showed up in the store to pick the order , the owner denied that it was paid and denied it evenafter showing order confirmation and credit card transactions. He asked me to step a side. I ended up paying again because I have guests waiting . avoid this place. Read more
