Really they should get NO STARS. Employees are rude. Wouldn?t come talk to the customers standing at the door to get in. One... employee stood there ignoring us and one was waving her hand under her chin. Rude. Then we go around to drive through andthey have only glazed donuts. When I ordered she acted like I didn?t know what I was talking about. And I?m pretty sure I?vebeen ordering Dunkin? Donuts way before she was even born or thought about being born. Then proceeds to tell us that as t weshould go to Eldorado as They have l the donuts. You should get better employees. And teach them how to talk to customers. Read more
I'm usually in an out pretty quick but lately I swear some of the employees probably remind themselves to breathe because they... will zone out. I watched the employee mentally void of thought stare into nothing and then shuffle around abunch of coffees withlabels. She passed me what I thought was my drink, about 300ft up the road I realize it's not mine and turning around wouldaccomplish nothing. I'm pretty sure they don't read their orders. I SPECIFICALLY asked for DECAF coffee with a couple of pumps of vanilla. Seems... simple enough, yes? I got caffeinated coffee with tons of caramel instead. Of course I didn't realize the caffeine part until Idrank more than half and got sick as heck! Here's a pic of the cup. Ordered Avocado toast with no seasoning. The bread wasn't toasted at all and had barely a smear of avocado on half. Not even as... much as most people butter their toast. No frozen coffees for over a month and orders are consistently wrong. They used to beso good when they first opened and I kept hoping they would improve but seem to be on a downhill slide. Read more
Went through the drive thru on a Saturday ordered a iced coffee then went to the window and I asked her ( African American girl)... if I could add something to my order and she told me "no" had to go back around to drive thru . This location is pretty decent. It's my go-to in the morning when i head east for Highway 75. I give it a 4-start because... there's a time that i orderd an iced coffee and got charged for it but I had to remind them that i ordered one after they gaveme my other items while they thought that was it. They had to rush the iced coffee and i had to wait 4 more minutes. Read more
No straw for my iced coffee. No napkins in the bag; just use your shirt? No ketchup for hashbrowns in the bag. No consistency... for drinks; two drinks with 2 creams: one looks like pure milk no coffee, the other looks dark. What?s going on with DunkinDonuts??? Luckily there?s a Starbucks next door. Read more
