We didn't get what we wanted, just leftovers, plus it wasn't soft .. it wasn't a nice experience. Maybe my timing was bad 1pm
Location Custer and Virginia Pkwy. McKinney Tx Store Manager was yelling and in close range to employee. I witnessed this... around 8:15 a.m. August 31st 2022. She was African American. The Manager was White. She smiled at me and served me, all thewhile the Manager was telling her to pick up speed in a raised voice. Snackin Bacon can be tasteful, but I gave specific directions at speaker and window. It should be called Crackin Bacon, also it... became the last one at 2pm, when I stated this is burnt. I don?t ever cook my own bacon this way. They need to realize the sugaringredient used burns fast. Avocado, sweet, spicy burnt bacon on toast IS NOT WORTH GOING, JUST TO A DUNKIN for!!!!! Went to Dunkin' and I usually have good experiences in there but this one was not good. The little girl at the drive through... does NOT like her job and she wasn't any better when I drive up to the window. I ordered an iced mocha of which she said, they"ran out of mocha". Umm... Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't flavored drinks, INCLUDING COMMON MOCHA is what drives thiscompanies sales in the millions??? So, okay- I then didn't order ANYTHING because when I asked to buy some donuts, she said shecouldn't add anything to an order! If this is true, then Dunkin' LOSES MILLIONS yearly and I've NEVER heard of a company TURNINGDOWN MONEY! The ONLY thing ordered ended up being what was supposed to be some strawberry lemonade refresher but the pictureadvertised is SO NOT what we got... I honestly don't think the company operates this way buy maybe I'm wrong and the policy of"can't ordering additional items" is not allowed. All I know is, everyone of us in the car (4 people) besides the exception ofONE was able to order anything and even that ONE order turned out to be pretty disappointing. Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to...been going to DD's for over 50 years....7am and told there are no muffins because they... didn't have time to make them.....not the first time I've been told they have no muffins..plus, they ALWAYS seem to screw up theorders... Read more

The shop closes at 10 PM on Saturday. I came in at 9:40 for one scoop of ice cream, and I was plagued with teenagers who worked... there yelling it?s too late at me lounging in the chairs. Wont be back. Read more
