Sometimes people get lucky and have a great meal, here. This was not my lucky day. With only 3 tables with 1-2 people at... lunch, should have known there would be issues. The waitress explained that the restaurant was out of most everything. Butter,fruit, cheese, milk and a large list of staple things that are required for breakfast. So picking through a menu when most ofthe breakfast meals comes with the items not available was hard to navigate. The few things we did receive for our order wereterrible. Very greasy sausage and bacon. Foul tasting eggs. Just after eating 2 bites of eggs, I thought I would need thebathroom as I felt terribly nauseous. Couldn't even finish my meal. Also, as I was leaving, I noticed so many large dead flieson the floor (6 or more). This didn't make me feel any better. Couldn't wait to leave this place. The waitress was the onlybright part of our dining experience. She was sweet, professional, apologetic and embarrassed. However, even with thehorrendous meal, I tipped her very well as she was humble and honest about the circumstances with the quality of the meals. Ifigure with the terrible food that was available and out of just about everything basic, the lack of customers at 11:45 am andthe cleanliness of this Denny's, they will be closing this store down. Very bad experience for the first time in this restaurant, we had been in others and the truth was that this was horrible... service... the place had a curious smell, it felt humid until they turned on the air conditioning for a while, the waitresseswere friendly. .. in short words? they didn't bring me what I asked for, my son was missing his pancakes, my daughter orderedbirthday pancakes... and they weren't exactly the birthday pancakes, she ate with her hand because they didn't even bring usforks , spoons or napkins... yes... none of that... the milk didn't taste like chocolate? I didn't eat because no silverware andthere where missing food that i never get I told the manager and I only discounted my child's pancakes... and I had to buy foodelsewhere for me... very bad experience... next time we?ll go to IHOP... Was craving breakfast. Came to this location for the first time. Sat at a booth. Ordered coffee and the fit plate. No condiments... on the table. Had to ask for salt and sugar. Asked for silverware. Waitress said they were out, but everyone had it. Soobviously they were washing it. She brought us ?to go? silverware. Went to the restroom before we left. I saw a cockroach crawlacross the floor. Soap dispensers were broken off the wall and the sinks were disgusting. The food was good, all in all, but youcan tell this place doesn?t care about customer service or keeping the place clean. Went on a Saturday for brunch. Only 2 servers on site. They were busy...its the weekend. It is expected. They were short handed.... The kitchen is short staffed too it seemed. Waited awhile for breakfast food. The server was also forgetful and being shortstaffed didn't help. Read more

We had such a bad experience here. Waitress was doing her best but seemed overworked. Food took an hour for 2 breakfast entrees... and every table around us was waiting a really long time. If food is taking that long a free beverage really should be offered.When the food did come out the plates were greasy and the food looked like it was just tossed onto the plates. Food tastedreally bad and was cold. Also portions were tiny. The women's bathroom was in really bad shape. Very dirty and the soapdispenser was broken sitting on the counter. We wanted to get out ASAP but had to wait for the bill and then wait to check out. Read more
