It?s not often I write a bad review, but my family is so tired of trying Chilis at different locations (the McKinney location... has been great though), and having a waitress treat us like she absolutely hates the fact that we even came. Why even go to workif you?re going to treat good people like that? The waitress with the long grayish hair came to our table and took our drinkorder. We smiled at her and said hello, but she did not reciprocate. We gave her our drink order (2 Dr Peppers) and asked forchips. She brought the chips and drinks, but the chips were hard and stale (awful). When I tried to tell her and she just keptwalking and said hold on but then came back reluctantly, so I very quietly and politely with a nice tone and look on my facesaid ma?am I?m so sorry but the chips are really stale. She literally swiped the chips up and walked away. This is at least the4th time we have had this ridiculous experience at Chili?s. We simply got up and left. There?s no excuse ever to treat good,polite customers like that, but it keeps happening. What a shame. Read more
You know, sometimes we order food without particular ingredients because we have food allergies. I happen to be one of those... people. And when I informed the waiter why I didn?t want him to ?wrap up my dinner to take with me,? he just took the plate andwalked away. So, there?s a $15 salad that went virtually untouched, and a customer going home quickly with an adverse reaction. Read more
Very reasonable price. I like their ribs a lot. The 3 platter combo has a lot of food for 2 meals. Good service. Will visit... again. Read more
It's Chili's, not a lot has changed as for the food selection and atmosphere. Food quality has seem to have gone down on certain... items, but overall, if you've been to 1, you really been to them all. Read more
Horrible service. I stopped by last night and was seated at one of the tables by the bar. I sat there for almost 15 minutes and... didnt receive even a hello by the wait staff. I looked through the menu and had was ready to order but nobody spoke to me. I sawmany of the wait staff stop by the bar and look at their cell phones while they waited for their drinks to be made. Its sad thisuse to be a good place to grab dinner while watching a game but now its a place I wont be returning to. Now I would only go hereif McDonalds is closed. Read more
Horrible every time. The staff are grumpy and inattentive. I order drinks and chips and salsa as well as my kids food. The kids... food came out first and wrong. We had to ask for their drinks and chips and then we were forgotten about to order our food(husband and I). The runner who brought our food was horrible and looked like she could care less and our server was too busystanding around to check on us again. This is not a new occurrence at this location. I?ve been to chilis for years and loved it.But this location makes me never want to try a chilis again. The managers are awful and don?t train their servers right. Read more
Took my entire family there and enjoyed our visit. Food was enjoyable and service was timely but not very friendly.
