Just went though the drive through, asked for a spicy fried chicken wrap since I was informed they can substitute, it was just... cold chicken, also ordered a diet Dr Pepper, and I received a normal Dr.Pepper, which was for my mother who is diabetic by theway. Always fast, never rude, just because the line is long doesn?t mean it?s gonna take forever. It goes quick. They never run out... of things on the menu like other places and their ice cream machine actually works. Read more
2nd time got Cobb salad instead of southwest salad from the same location (box has label of southwest salad but actually Cobb... salad inside it). That means instead of only chicken in my salad, I got chicken, eggs and bacon (which I am severely allergicto). Got 1 ketchup instead of 4 with 4 different entree in my order. Called store and manager on duty was highly discourteousand hung on me while I was checking my order number for her reference. Then called back and talk to another employee/ managerand she said ?we can give you free salad to fix it?? was I asking for free food in this whole scenario?. Read more
It?s truly amazing how fast they move that large double line. Every other fast food restaurant should be taking notes. However... I always have pickles even when I state no pickles. It?s a taste ruiner for me. I hate pickles. Read more
So I went to Chick-fil-A on Custer and 121. I was in line for 16 mins. Then the customer service was horrible , no greeting in... fact the server had an attitude. I asked the clerk is my strawberry jam in the bag, she says yes IT?S IN there changing the tonein her voice like I upset her. Just to get home and no Jam in my bag. Went in for half a dozen cookies. Walked out with nothing. It took 4 people to ask 5 different question to realize there were... only two cookies left. I said I'll take those, where they then said there were no cookies left. Who knows what happened in thetwo seconds between when I said I'd take them to none being left. But the look I got of "not-my-problem" from the crew is whatcaused me to write this review. Read more
