We always go to the one in Atlanta, GA so we were super excited to find this one here! Yum! But.... the prices are ridiculously... high and they give very little scoops. The banana split was $10! Not happy about the one spoon policy, you can get a pack of 45at the dollar store! Read more
Ice cream was delicious. However, they have a ridiculous policy. We bought a pint to take back to our hotel and when we asked... for an extra spoon they said it would be $.25 and we had already paid with a credit card. Let?s not pinch pennies- if you?regoing to charge $4 a scoop ? you can afford to give people a spoon when they need one. And the poor staff was embarrassed tohold to the policy. Read more
Purchased $25 in ice cream for my family. Asked at end for the free pup cup that is advertised on window for my dogs that were... in the car. The lady said she needed to see my dogs (implying I didn?t have dogs) which my 12 year old son walked to the car toshow her. She still would not give us the cups that are advertised on the window. Could?ve been a great experience but sheruined it and will never go back based on poor customer service. Read more

I love the concept of Brusters Ice Cream. It's a local Ice Cream Shop in the McKinney area. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake... and it wasn't bad. It was just a little sweet for my taste, however I'm an old guy. Lol The kids will love it. Read more
