I come here a lot and they do very well except today I got an ice cream with strawberry and the strawberries were very odd and... fizzy. I called to make sure it was okay and they told me to go ahead and come in and get a new ice cream. The manager was verypolite and made it right. If I were just rating the ice cream/frozen yogurt, I wouldn't hesitate to make this a 5 star review. You absolutely cannot get... better ice cream for a better price than Braum's. However, their service is painfully slow. I usually go through the drivethru, and even with only 2-3 cars ahead of me, there will be a 10 min wait minimum. I have only eaten inside once, and it wasjust as slow and the dining room's cleanliness has a lot to be desired. But the ice cream is AMAAAAAAAZING; so many flavors,such high quality. Read more

No one came to wait on us on the food side. No one acknowledged us greeted us or anything. The person in the drive thru window... was on her cell phone. When I finally got someone I asked for a manager the employee explained the situation first so when themanager came out he wasn't concerned he made me feel like we're too busy for this . Literally every table in the dining room is dirty. The condiment station is filthy and all 5 employees stood at the cash... register for 15 minutes talking to one of their friends instead of cleaning up the restaurant. I?ve never been to a Braums thatis so poorly maintained. Read more

This was our first time at this location and this will absolutely be our last! Behind the counter was just GROSS! The lady... serving the banana split to a gentleman took off her gloves cut the banana on this filth ridden counter and then used her barehands to put it in the container. There was water over flowing all over the counter and no one seemed to care. The counters andmilkshake area was so unsanitary, it appeared nobody had cleaned in quite some time. 2 families behind us noticed the same thingand walked out. After I snapped my pictures, I left. The sitting area and tables were filthy with gnats on the tables due to thetables being so sticky and trash everywhere. Not sure how this place has good reviews. This store was disgustingly dirty. The ice cream counters were sticky and had residue on it. The ice cream containers were so... dirty that you could not read most of the ice cream labels. Dining area was full of trash on floor, dining tables, drinkstations and full trash cans. We were there about one half hour, and not a single table was cleaned and the trash was allover. This should be unacceptable for any restaurant and has spoiled my desire to eat here again. Read more

My family and I love Braum's! Fantastic ice cream, burgers, fries, breakfast biscuits, salads and especially the fresh squeezed... limeades. Their grocery is a lifesaver for a quick run.
